Share what others can understand and reuse
Keep descriptions and comments about the template, its assumptions, sources, limitations and technical corrections. Be respectful. Do not post harassment, threats, personal information about others, spam, impersonation, unlawful material, or links intended to mislead or compromise another person.
Your templates and publication rights
You keep your rights. When submitting a public template, you must have authority to publish every included part, including team and third-party data. Identify upstream sources and preserve their credits and licence notices. A selected public licence covers only the rights you can grant. Restricted test data, confidential current-season designs, sponsor material and other people's personal information must not be submitted without the necessary rights and authority.
The public template licence is shown with each revision. The default is CC BY 4.0; compatible alternatives are offered where appropriate. Read the selected licence before submitting. Public licences can permit commercial reuse and adaptation. Withdrawing a listing does not revoke rights already granted to compliant recipients. This does not remove privacy rights or any rights you did not have authority to grant.
Descriptions, notes and comments
You grant PaceDynamics the non-exclusive permissions necessary to store, technically copy and display your contributions to the audience you chose, and to moderate them under these terms. Public descriptions accompany their public template revision. Public comments are visible to everyone. Private notes are for your account and team comments are for current members of that team; writing them does not grant a public reuse licence. Sharing or saving a template never copies its private notes or team discussion into public discussion.
Review and moderation
New public templates and new or edited public comments are reviewed before becoming visible. We may reject, restrict or remove content that is unlawful, violates these rules, lacks publication rights, exposes confidential or personal information, or contains misleading claims. We may pause submissions or comments while handling abuse or when review capacity is unavailable. Team admins may moderate their team's discussion. Public template authors cannot remove other people's criticism.
A report does not automatically remove content. Decisions are made by human review; automated checks may validate file structure, limits, links and publication dependencies. A restriction comes with its reason and a route to request review. Passing checks or moderation does not certify a physical design, the accuracy of its data or its suitability for any real vehicle.
Report unlawful content or contest a decision
Use “Report content” beside a public template or comment, without needing an account. Give its specific location and explain why it is unlawful or violates these rules. The form offers name and email fields and a good-faith declaration. Contact details may be omitted for child-safety reports; we also assess reports with incomplete details. You receive a report reference immediately. Where contact information is supplied, the operator communicates the outcome through that contact.
For urgent safety matters, inaccessible forms, copyright claims, personal-data requests or a request to review a decision, contact hello@pacedyn.dev. Include the publication, revision, comment or report reference and the relevant facts. German and English are accepted. This is also our electronic contact for users and authorities. The responsible operator and postal address are in the Impressum.
Withdrawal, deletion and retention
You may withdraw your public listings and delete your own comments. Kept template copies remain in recipients' projects or shelves with their applicable licences and credits. Closing your account withdraws your listings and deletes your public comment text and private notes. Team material remains with the team without your account link; prose can still identify a person, so contact us for a specific erasure request where needed.
Restricted publication snapshots are normally purged after 30 days; reports and moderation activity after 90 days, subject to a documented legal preservation need. Backup copies follow the retention stated in the privacy notice. Read the privacy notice for data purposes, recipients and rights.
